The finishes and decorative elements used throughout have real integrity and authenticity. Focused on natural materials and craft manufacture, they bring a collective breath of fresh air to this architecturally important building.

The building, being Grade II Listed, also meant that the designers had to come up with creative ways to add contemporary functionality to a space steeped in history whilst staying within listed building planning restraints.

Commenting on the project Run For The Hills say, “Our bespoke steel framed shower design, as a structure, is wonderful in itself, featuring both clear and urban style reeded glass, offering some privacy for the couple within the bathroom. To off-set the industrial style metal enclosure, we opted to design some beautiful bespoke artisan tiles, to flank the main shower wall and extra softness was added with the addition of The Watermark Collection’s lovely antique brass shower fittings and controls. Making it justifiably the focal part of the ensuite Master Bathroom.”
